It’s been so long since I posted anything new. But I felt inclined to post something now… partly because I have finals to study for and I want to procrastinate
But also partly because I really miss Wonbin. For me FT Island without Wonbin is just not FT Island anymore. I thought I would be okay with FTI still. I wanted to love and support them as much as I did before, but every time I hear an FTI song or think of FTI I think of Wonbin. When they sing one of FTI’s older songs, and Seunghyun sings Wonbin’s part, I think of Wonbin. I have nothing against Seunghyun. He’s talented and he’s a good replacement for Wonbin, as good as any replacement can be. But Wonbin was my favorite member of FTI.
I can’t really get over it… how quickly he was replaced. How the other members just go on with their new mini album and their comeback as if nothing had changed. But I know they have to, it’s what’s expected of them. They can’t sit around being sad. It was Wonbin’s choice to leave, and I should respect that and expect that he’s happier now. He’s happier now than he would be if I got what I wanted, and dragged him back to FTI.
I really adore FTI, and I consider them one of the most talented idol groups in kpop right now. I mean, playing instruments? I love it… I think I just need time to adjust. To get over Wonbin, if that’s possible. He was just so adorable and wonderful! But then all of my favorite members of groups are the most adorable and wonderful.
Wonbin’s decision was for good reason, I’m sure. FTI is coping, so I will cope too. Right now I don’t know how much I can stand of them singing old FTI songs without Wonbin (though Jaejin singing his parts is a little less painful than Seunghyun singing them…) but I can at least listen to Bad Woman more. I do like it, it’s just that I avoid listening to FTI a lot right now. I can listen to their mini album, and I’m sure I’ll like it. FT Island fighting!

They’ve somewhat avoided having Seunghyun sing Wonbin’s parts, and have avoided older FTI songs in general, but here Seunghyun does Wonbin’s rap. He’s not Wonbin, but he’s not bad… just different from Wonbin. I hate that people bash him. He’s certainly done nothing wrong. Seunghyun fighting!
F.T Island performed Love Is. They’re good like always, but I’m just happy that Hongki’s not wearing plaid!!!
SHINee performed Amigo, and it was really good! The outfits are cute!
2PM performed Only You and 10 Points, and KHUN’S BACK! Yay! And Junho should really keep wearing beanies, because they look super cute on him! This performance was okay… I thought it was a little too disjointed, because the songs got cut up a lot. But it was still good
Nongshim held their charity concert a few days ago. All you have to do to get in is donate 2 packages of ramen! Cute
Anyway, I wasn’t going to post clips from this, but then I realized 2PM was there, and I’ve been missing them (WAHHHH – i need my junho fix!), so I figured it was worth posting.
SHINee – Amigo— Wonderful as always. Love the entrance! They’re wearing such cute shirts and hoodies. To me they seem especially lively in this… especially Key! Taemin’s hair.. wah so cute and adorably ASIAN. Never thought I’d actually MISS the bowl! Hehe.
F.T Island – Love is — I LOVE THIS PERFORMANCE!! It sounded live to me. They sound AMAZING. OMFG. Hongki sounds great. No black nail polish for him today, though. And I like everyone else’s clothes fine, but Hongki’s are just… er…whoever dressed him needs to be FIRED. NOW. I love FTI… they are so wonderful! ♥ WATCH IT WATCH IT NOOOOOOOOOOOOW!
And finally, 2PM – Only You + 10 Points — no Khun… visa problems, I think But a good performance nonetheless. Everyone was SOOOOO into 10 Points! It was great! I’ve missed it. THEY HAVE SOME NEW CLOTHES, TOO! Really like the clothes. They all look super good, except for Junho… looks like he’s wearing some dead animal… or maybe shag carpet *sigh* But I definitely really love the beanie and his hair like that! And I think Wooyoung looks super hot. XPPPPP
SHINee performed Amigo, as usual. And it was REALLY GOOD as usual! The weird AMIGOs that kept popping up on the screen were a bit distracting, though, so I didn’t pay as close attention as I usually do. Love the stairs, though! Those were really cool. Watch SHINee’s performanceHERE!
I just gained a greater appreciation of F.T Island last night! So I’ve vowed to learn all their names! I’m working on it… I’m getting better at recognizing them now! FTI performed Love Is…, and it was a really cute performance! I really like this!! They seem happy (and not angsty)! And I dunno, but I think Hongki sounds especially good in this performance! I STILL HATE THE CLOTHES WITH A PASSION, THOUGH. OMG, it’s not like they’re cavemen!! Why do they have to wear all these weird furs!? Anyway, watch FTI’s performance HERE!
I kind of have a soft spot for U-KISS. Not Young is a pretty damn catchy song!! It doesn’t sound like Soulja Boy to me… either way, it’s a cute song, BUT THEY ARE DEFINITELY YOUNG. -_- I love their harmonies! I like their singing… it’s not bad, and some of it is good!! Kevin’s super cute. For me, U-KISS is a mini SS501. I think they really have similar images and gayish dance moves. HEHE. They even have Hyung Joon’s little brother! But I’d say U-KISS sings better…. XDDD But I’m not hating! I love SS501!
Anyway, U-KISS is now promoting a new song, called Give it to Me. They’ve got a new look to go with their new song, too! It seems like an older, more mature, “hot” look. But to me they’ll still be cutesy little boys! XDDDD Watch their performance below!

A better clip of SHINee’s Amigo… which I have to say, was a really, really good performance. Honestly, I really love 2PM, and I can obsess about them all day, but at the end of the day, when I see a SHINee performance, it just blows my mind. No offense to 2PM fans!! I LOVE 2PM! I just love SHINee better.
And there is also F.T Island’s comeback with Heaven! I must secretly be an emo girl, because I really love Hongki’s black nail polish. XDDDD Can’t say the same for the clothes, though… that’s just like.. ERR.
I feel SO SO SO guilty for neglecting FTI SO MUCH. I haven’t even downloaded their Colorful Sensibility Part 2, let alone watched that really long MV for Heaven and Loving You. But for now, here it is: PART 1, PART 2. And HERE is FTI’s comeback a few days ago on Music Bank!

Now SJ-H’s performance of Pajama Party at that Hallyu Festival thing! The one where Teukie slipped… what a cute boy! Am I crazy? Because I thought they said Sawadee Krub and Khob Khun Krub! CUUUUUUUUUUUTE~ I miss my Suju…. so I have to fill the hole in my heart with other boy bands. XDDDDD
FTI and SHINee, my two most favorite jailbait boy bands, were up against each other AGAIN, and this time on M!Countdown, and this time, FTI won! So I’m happy, because they’re even now! XPPPPPP
I’m gonna embed FTI’s performance of After Love, because I feel bad that I’ve been neglecting them while they’ve been doing promotion for Colorful Sensibility. BTW, they’re gonna come out with a part 2 for Colorful Sensibility too, like they did for Cheerful Sensibility.
But anyway, it was a nice performance. Apparently they weren’t there to win their award! And this performance was pre-recorded. AND THERE IS SO MUCH FREAKIN’ SCREAMING IN THIS!!! I love FTI, so I WANT TO HEAR THEM! Don’t you?

Err.. yeah I dunno, this isn’t my favorite outfit for SHINee. Minho’s pants are pretty cool though! They kind of remind me of Korto’s pants on Project Runway last week! I like that Taemin is not bowl-ey. I wasn’t a fan of the bowl hair or the bowl hat hiding the bowl hair. I’M GLAD MINHO GETS LOTS OF SCREAMS NOW!! He’s mine though, I called it a long ass time ago. XD
Finally! They won on Mnet M!Countdown tonight. They’ve deserved this for so long. I’m so happy for them! I feel a little bad for F.T Island, because I so love them too, but… SHINee definitely deserves this so much!
Aww, they’re so cute! Key and Jonghyun are especially emotional! It’s so adorable. And then Onew crying at the end… so cute! But I’m Onew-biased, hehe.
